More about surveyorsOverview
NCRR collaborates with contractors to provide precise information about the NCRR corridor.
Since 2000, the North Carolina Railroad Company has invested more than $80 million to improve the railroad by adding tracks, replacing bridges, and enhancing safety. The Company partners with Norfolk Southern, North Carolina Department of Transportation and local communities on many projects. Safety and proper implementation are key when making these improvements.
Design and construction of ALL projects on the North Carolina Railroad must follow certain guidelines and procedures. These criteria are outlined in the documents here.
