Please reference the RA number on the package or have some documentation inside to help our receiving team.
For warranty repairs, you are still responsible for shipping the item to us and Creative Solutions will only cover the costs to ship it back to you after the repair.
For non-warranty repairs, you are responsible for all shipping & costs associated with the repair. If you need an estimate prior to repairs being completed, please let us know now before you ship the repair to us.
Teradek products have a minimum $100 evaluation fee for non-warranty repairs or declined estimates.

Please always package everything safely to prevent damage in transit. If you can limit the number of personal items (i.e. SD cards and accessories) that is also helpful for the team so we do not accidentally lose something during the repair process.
PLEASE CLEARLY MARK THE RMA# ON THE BOX.
IF EXPEDITED MARK ""EX"" PROMINENTLY ON THE BOX. (This service is an added $90 fee).
Expedited repairs will be pushed to the front of the line to be repaired within 1-2 business days. Please let us know if you want to pay for expedited shipping as well before the RA Arrives.
If you have any further questions or if the address on the return authorization is incorrect, please reply to this email and we will make any corrections necessary. Repairs generally take about 7-10 business days, not including shipping time which is Fedex Home/Ground.
SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED upon return of your item. Someone will need to be available to receive the unit at the address you have provided.

Not only will you get notifications of packages being shipped to you, you can also re-route and have items placed on hold at a location near you if you are not able to be there to sign for the unit. *Please note that they will not hold the package indefinitely, the limit is usually 5-7 business days. If you need us to delay your return shipment, please let us know what date it needs to ship prior to sending in the unit.
